This certificate will entitle you and a lucky companion to attend one French Cooking demonstration course with Chef Francois Dionot, the founder and president of L'Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda.

These demonstration courses are taught every other Wednesday by Chef Dionot, at either 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, or from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.  During the class, the three-course sampling menu is served with wine and recipes are included for you to try at home.
