Special Instructions

Hotel certificate is valid from March 2007 through August 2007, for a Friday or Saturday night stay for 2 people, and covers room charges and tax.

Broadway tickets are limited to 2 tickets, and winning bidder should contact Kirsten Albers one month in advance of their preferred weekend to check availability of the seats.  Winner should provide several options, as tickets are based on availability.  If available, the tickets will be for house seats, which will enhance this package further.  If house seats are not available, the ticket will still be in an excellent location.
