Soap & water are sufficient to keep your board clean. For stains, use a cleanser such as Bon-Ami or Soft Scrub. A green Scotch Brite scouring pad can be used for added scrubbing power. The use of bleach to sanitize your board is not necessary. To remove scratches or renew the surface of the board, use 180 or 220 sandpaper.
