 - Iolani Estate occupies a large two acre parcel of land, sitting on the edge of Maliko Gulch. This is the lowest section of Haiku (out of the rain band) and just a couple of minutes from Hookipa Beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with hundreds of trees and plants. A clay tennis court is shared between the main house guest cottage and studio. It is truly a tropical oasis!
 - The Studio Cottage sits at the entrance to the property (above the garage), and is perfect for one or two guests. The interior has lots of windows, facing the tropical landscaping of the yard, with peaks of the ocean in the distance. The walls are reed and plaster, with slate floors. The kitchen sits to the back of the cottage with fridge, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee maker etc. The tiled bathroom has shower/tub combo. The living area has TV/VCR, compact CD stereo and telephone with answering machine. The sleeping alcove has a queen bed. The studio enjoys a large private "sunning" patio, complete with gas grill, picnic table, and sun loungers.
