With 2003 we are proud to offer our inaugural release of Caitlin's Select Cabernet Franc (named after San Domenico alum Caitlin Kenefick!). This complex wine possesses a red/black cherry hue; exhibits aromas of rose petals, spice box, dark fruits and rich chocolate. Silky flavors of chocolate, sweet undertones of currant,crisped sage, chewy leather and black licorice are balanced by complex tannins, great structure and a long, spicy finish.This wine will continue to evolve gracefully over the next decade.
