Join Kim Kieckhefer in her home along with dear friends and sisters, Maria and Gloria Martin del Campo, natives of Jalisco, Mexico, for an evening of cooking and eating authentic Mexican cuisine. Eight individuals will have the opportunity to prepare homemade salsa with roasted tomatoes, rice, refried beans, chile relleno, and a refreshing, citrus cocktail. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and enjoy a special evening of fine food and good friends. Evening to be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date (Fridays or Saturdays preferable).
