Description
Mendocino County raised all natural grass-fed Angus beef. Custom butchered and wrapped to your personal specifications -- you get to determine your personal cut list with the butcher -- if you want Rib-eye steaks or Cross Rib Roasts or some of each. The meat will be aged for 3 weeks to enhance the flavor. The actual size of butchered meat for your freezer is approx. 2 big banana boxes or about 200 pounds. 1/4 beef is approximately: 2 LBS: Filet, 4 LBS: Rib-Eye, 4 LBS: N.Y. Strips, 4 LBS: Sirloin, 4 LBS: Mid-Line, 12 LBS: Chuck Roast, 10 LBS: Round Roast, 25 LBS: Ground Beef, 3 LBS: Liver, 3 LBS: Soup Bones.
Special Instructions
Delivery for butcher not available until late November, so pick-up ready in approximately 4 weeks from final butcher date.
