 Please note the following restrictions:

• The tickets to the Oprah taping allow the winner and his/her guest to be audience members of The Oprah Winfrey Show but do not include any other privileges (such as allowing the winner to talk to Ms. Winfrey or receive a tour of the studio).  The tickets are nontransferrable, and reservations must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the month you wish to attend the show to see if that date is available.  Certain dates are not available as the Show does not tape every day, and there are certain shows open only to special audiences.  Tickets must be used by May 9, 2008.  All members of the Oprah Winfrey Show audience must be at least 18 years old and have a photo ID. 
• Hotel accommodations are subject to availability.

• 2 round-trip coach class tickets on United Airlines
• Travel value up to $300 per ticket
• Non-transferable, good for travel anywhere within United's route network in the contiguous 48 states
• Valid on UA/United Express only
• Not eligible for Mileage Plus credit
• Not eligible for Denied Boarding compensation
• Non-Endorsable and Non-Exchangeable
• The passengers are responsible for any ancillary costs (e.g., United's snacks, beverages, etc.)
• Tickets must be issues 21 days prior to departure
• Tickets expire January 31, 2008
