The four course dinner at Pacifico, located in Port Chester, N.Y., will include cocktails and wine pairings. Chef Palomino will make a cooking demonstration of some of the dishes that the guess will enjoy.

Special Instructions
This dinner and cooking demonstration for eight includes all food, beverages and taxes. It does not include tip. The dinner must be scheduled Monday through Thursday through the restaurant's party manager, Ms. Gloria Palomino. Scheduling of the dinner should be done four weeks in advance of the dinner.
