750 ml - Tandem Winery, 2001 Keefer Pinot Noir

The Tandem winemaker, Greg La Follete, was responsible for putting the Flowers label on the map, for fine Chardonnays and Pinot Noir.  In 2000 Greg left Flowers to initiate his own label, Tandem.  The 2001 Keefer Pinot Noir has bright fruit and the distinctive Sonoma "cola" nose.  The age has mellowed the wine; and is fabulous paired with food or sip on its own.

750 ml - Eyrie Winery, 2000 Vintage Reserve Chardonnay

David Lett pioneered Oregon Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.  His wines have twice won international competitions held in France's famed Burgundy region,  much to the dismay of the French.  This Chardonnay has the acidity and mineral character so prized in the Burgundy region.  Unlike many California Chardonnays, DAvid's Chardonnay will age for another 10 years with proper cellaring.
