A one day or one week internship (at the option of the student) with former member of the California State Assembly, the Hon. Burt Margolin.  Mr. Margolin is now the Chief Legislative Strategist for the County of Los Angeles and leads a public policy and lobbying form that specializes in healthcare reform.
