The winning bidder will receive a $1,700 value towards a three (3) hour evaluation for a child with neuro-developmental challenges including written report and recommendations courtesy of Linda Nathanson-Lippitt MD.
Special Instructions
Good for any Friday morning in May 2007 or June 2007. Mutually convenient and agreeable time. This special offer allows patients to make an appointment and receive their evaluation within a few months since normal wait time for new patients is 1 1/2 years.
