The winning bidder will enjoy an outside cabin (Category F) featuring between 185-197 square feet for a 7-night Caribbean, Mexico or Alaska (May and September) sailing valid one year from event date and subject to availability. Enjoy your outside cabin for two for a seven-night cruise. Air taxes and security fees are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Port charges and government fees are included in this package. The winning bidder will have the ability to upgrade from a standard outside cabin to a balcony cabin (VH-VE) featuring 249 square feet for an additional $500* per cabin or balcony suite (SZ-SY) featuring 389 square feet for an additional $1,000* per cabin.

Alaska-The winning bidder can travel on the Veendam, Zaandam, Ryndam or Statendam in May or September. These ships require an additional $650 per cabin fee for sailings in June through August ($800 if upgraded to Verandah or $900 if upgraded to verandah suite). The Oosterdam and Westerdam require an additional $150 per cabin fee for May or September sailings or $650 per cabin for June through August sailings.

Caribbean/Mexico-The winning bidder can travel on the Veendam, Westerdam, Zuiderdam or Oosterdam.

Deluxe verandah accommodations are offered on the Westerdam and Zuiderdam for the Caribbean and Mexico and on the Oosterdam and Westerdam for Alaska May/September and the Oosterdam, Westerdam and Zuiderdam for June-August Alaska sailings.

Superior verandah suites are offered on the Westerdam, Zuiderdam and Oosterdam for the Caribbean and Mexico and on the Zaandam, Volendam, Statendam, Westerdam and Oosterdam for Alaska May/September and on the Zaandam, Volendam, Westerdam, Oosterdam, and Zuiderdam for June-August Alaska sailings.

Choice of sailing dates will be accommodated on a space available basis and will be confirmed at time of request. Blackout dates may apply (holiday sailings are excluded). Third and fourth persons are permitted in the same cabin and will be charged the per person tariff per applicable brochure. Cancellation of a cruise after the cruise has been confirmed will result in the forfeiture of the charity cruise certificate.

American Airlines

This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any American Airlines destination in the 48 contiguous United States to anywhere American Airlines flies in the 48 contiguous United States subject to availability. The winning bidders can upgrade their coach class airfare to first class for $750 per person subject to availability. Note: On three class flights upgrade is to business class. A minimum of 14 days advance booking is required as is a Saturday night stay. The winning bidders will be able to earn AAdvantage miles in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. The certificates will have a one-year expiration date from the date issued and all reservations are subject to availability.

Any airport departure or taxes (if charged) are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Ground transportation is not included in this package.
