Join famed environmental journalist and author David Helvarg, who is also founder of the Blue Frontier Campaign, for happy hour at the Reef Bar in Washington, D.C.  You will also receive a copy of David's most recent book is "50 Ways to Save the Ocean, "  signed by Helvarg, cartoonist Jim Tooney who has cartoons in the book, and Philippe Cousteau. 

Helvarg has also authored "Blue Frontier," "War Against the Greens" and during the past few years, has led the effort to create an ocean coalition, or as he would say, a "Seaweed Rebellion."  The BLue Frontier Campaign hosted a conference for ocean activist groups, has produced ocean awareness materials and works to strengthen ocean protection throughout the U.S.
