Disney's 3-Night Bahamian Cruise Vacation
1. One (1) Disney Cruise Line vacation for two (2) persons to be taken aboard the Disney Wonderâ. Included in this three- (3-) night, non-transferable package is the following:
- Three- (3-) night cruise aboard the Disney Wonder to The Bahamas, including Nassau and Castaway Cayâ which includes:
a) One (1) deluxe oceanview stateroom (Category 9).
b) All onboard meals
c) Government taxes and fees (as defined in the Disney Cruise Line brochure)
d) Onboard gratuities for stateroom host/hostess; dining room server, assistant server and head server
- Items not included as part of the vacation package which are the responsibility of the recipient include: air and ground transportation to/from Port Canaveral, Florida; shore excursions; travel insurance; room service; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages; local and long distance telephone calls; ship to shore communications; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; additional tips and gratuities; income and other taxes; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.

Special Instructions
Vacation rules include:
1. Vacation must be booked at least 45 days prior to intended travel dates and must be taken prior to December 17, 2007 aboard the Disney Wonder (at the discretion of Disney Cruise Vacationsâ). 2. Vacation is for the recipient and one (1) guest. 3. Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Disney Cruise Line vacation. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.4. Vacation fulfillment is subject to availability and restrictions at Disney Cruise Line. Travel may not occur during cruise ship blockout periods.5. Cruise ship blockout dates are as follows and subject to change. 2006: 12/21 -- 01/06/072007: 02/22 -- 02/25; 03/15 -- 04/21; 05/24 -- 08/19; 11/18 -- 11/24 6. Vacations may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Vacation elements may not be substituted and vacations are non-commissionable.7. Winner and companions are responsible for providing proper documentation to travel. Winner and companions must travel with proof of citizenship, which is a valid passport, original, state-certified birth certificate and picture identification, or a certified naturalization certificate with picture identification. Acceptable forms of picture identification are state or provincial driver's license, or federal, state, province or local government photo ID card.
