Mission Statement

Kaiyó: The most interesting and "fun" restaurant in the Florida Keys. A place where people of all ages come for a unique mixture of seafood and epicurean delights, freshly prepared and served with exuberance by our amazing staff. A dining experience surrounded by artistic décor which stimulates the senses and relaxes the soul.

At Kaiyó, artistically prepared food is made interesting by intertwining Asian ingredients with regional and seasonal products--both wild and from the farms of Florida. The sushi bar is the focal point of the restaurant.

Kaiyó's food concept is unique, yet simple & creative. With an emphasis on freshness and culinary technique, we strive to introduce our guests to our interpretation of the ingredients in each dish.

The Kaiyó menu is constantly changed, utilizing seasonal food products in order to continuously create new menu items that are both stimulating and interesting. Kaiyó also builds signature items, which are based on our guests' preferences. These are the mainstay of our menus.

At Kaiyó, the décor and food & beverage presentation set the stage for a "fun" and friendly environment in which everyone enjoys interacting. The restaurant showcases the unique work of several artisans, including those who create the pottery and seaglass plates which are used as service pieces. These are available for retail sale, both at the restaurant and on our website.
