Special Instructions
Reserved parking space will be marked with a sign. The high bidder receives a hang tag, which can be used in any vehicle, but must be visible when parked in the space. This item can be purchased as a gift, but is not transferable once a name is attributed to the sign and hang tag. Permit has no expiration date.
