Mr. Going is an Associate Artistic Director of Olney Theatre Center and will be directing Season 2007's The Constant Wife, I Am My Own Wife, and 13 Rue de L'Amour. He would be delighted to meet with you and up to seven guests for a special evening at Olney Theatre.

High bidder chooses between the following dates: February 16, 2007 (final preview of The Constant Wife), April 20, 2007 (final preview of I Am My Own Wife), or May 18, 2007 (final preview of 13 Rue de L'Amour). Tickets to the show are not included. The reception will begin one hour and fifteen minutes prior to curtain time.

is the Associate Artistic Director of OTC,
where he has staged over 30 productions including last season'sstyle='mso-bidi-font-style:normal'> Morning's at Seven and style='mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>Lend Me a Tenor. His other OTC
highlights include Charley's Aunt,
Holiday, Hay Fever, Light Up the Sky,
Noises Off, Mrs. Warren's Profession, A Streetcar Named Desire, and Lucky
Stiff
, which received the 1990 Helen Hayes Award (HHA) for Outstanding
Resident Musical. At The Studio Theatre, he directed highly successful
productions of Gross Indecency, Love! class=SpellE>Valour
! Compassion!, Conversations
With My Father, The Lisbon
Traviata, The Women
, and A Tale of Two Cities. A four-time HHA nominee, he received the
award for Outstanding Direction for his work on The Miser at Folger Shakespeare Library.
Earlier this winter, John directed a production of I Am My Own Wife at the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. Elsewhere
in the country, he has guided productions at Cincinnati
Playhouse-in-the-Park, Salt Lake City's
Pioneer Theatre, Pittsburgh Public Theatre, Seattle Repertory, Indiana
Repertory, Hartford Stage, Houston's Alley
Theatre, South Coast Repertory, Atlanta's
Alliance Theatre, Berkshire Theatre Festival, Actors'
Theatre of Louisville, among many others. John has recently returned from w:st="on">Austria where he directed a production of style='mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>Fully Committed at w:st="on">Vienna's English Theatre. His other
international work includes productions in Frankfurt, Moscow,
Johannesburg, Toronto,
and Winnipeg.
On Broadway, he directed Tony Lo Bianco in class=SpellE>Hizzonerclass=GramE>!. His Off Broadway
credits include Mart Crowley's A
Breeze from the Gulf
. He has served as Associate Artistic Director of the
Alaska Repertory Theatre, Resident Director for the Cleveland Play class=GramE>House, and assistant to the late Sir Tyrone Guthrie during
the inaugural season of the Guthrie Theatre in w:st="on">Minneapolis.
