Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2002 Francis Coppola Director's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is opaque with a saturated ruby-garnet color and filled with sweet black currant aromas that are twisted with French vanilla notes. The palate is layered with plush currant flavors, hints of anise and sweet fine tannins. As a result of sixteen months of French oak barrel aging, the finish is soft and succulent.
