Chef de cave Regis Camus draws deeper from the reserve wines for this blend, to differentiate it from its fresher, more youthful sibling, Piper Heidsieck Cuvee Brut NV. It's mostly a 2000 base, with 40 percent reserve wines from vintages ranging from 1998 to 1990. Drink now through 2010
