Opportunities include adult fitness classes, Nautilus, free weights, cycling, aerobics, yoga, Y's Kids before and after school child care, Vacation Fun Weeks, gymnastics, Feet In Motion, Camp Shepard outdoor education and teambuilding outings, Write Out Load, Memories in the Making, Ballroom Dancing, swim team and aquatics.
