Description

This beautiful hollow turned maple bowl is a collector's piece of fine art by reknowned Los Angeles artist and Westmark instructor, Ben Fischer.  This maple bowl from the "Small Reflections" series is 7 1/2" high with distinctive detail in ebony and dichroic glass.

In the artist's words, each of his "Small Reflections" works is a hollow vessel with a small opening at the top, with a "dazzling, circular piece of dichroic glass" at the bottom "that reflects an image as you peer inside...."  Like the other works in the series, "Small Reflections #140" is a non-functional piece formed "to reveal the beauty and sensuousness of the wood."

This is a Live Event Item.
