Laski was born in 1893 in Manchester, England.  He was a political theorist, economist, author, and lecturer, and served as the 1945-1946 chairperson of the Labour Party.  This book is a critique of the American Presidency, and discusses many of the issues that Laski saw within Congress and America’s foreign policy.  This book is in excellent condition and has all 278 pages intact.
