Out of Town was written by F.E. Weatherly and Linnie Watt in 1880.  It was published by E.P. Dutton & Co. in New York.  It is an illustrated children’s board book with monotints.  Frederic Edward Weatherly was a lawyer trained at Oxford.  He was a songwriter who created over 3,000 songs in his lifetime.  Linnie Watt was the illustrator of the book.  This book is in fair condition, with signs of wear and tear.
