Gregg C. LaSpisa was born in Elmhurst, Illinois. He graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and joined the Equitable in August 1995 as a member of the Silverberg Agency in Northbrook, Illinois. Gregg earned a President's Cabinet award in 2000 and achieved National Leader Corps in 2001. After serving as a District Assistant for two years, Gregg was appointed as a Gemini District Manager in 2000 and was promoted in 2002 to manage his own district. Gregg was awarded the Developing District Award in 2001 and the District Leadership Award in 2002 and 2003. Gregg was the recipient of the National Builders Trophy in 2002 and 2003. Gregg was promoted to Executive Vice President in Cleveland, Ohio in August 2005.


Gregg and his wife, Melissa, are proud parents of four beautiful children, Wrigley, Tate, and twins, Molly and Matthew. They currently reside in Westlake, Ohio.
