Currently Mr. Tuttle is President of the Internet recruitment service CareerBoard, LLC an Ohio Corporation wholly owned by HRsamrt, Inc. In addition, he is co-founder of JPC Learning Centers, in 2000 he founded Staffing Alliance Technology and is a partner of Staffing Solutions Enterprises.



Mr. Tuttle was instrumental in integrating Internet technology throughout Staffing Solutions Enterprises, beginning in 1995 with their own corporate website, staffsol.com (one of the first of its kind in the nation). He then developed a concept for the online local job-posting site, now known as CareerBoard.com, currently operating in nine markets and five states.

Mr. Tuttle joined Staffing Solutions Enterprises in 1989, following five years as Partner with Korn Ferry International and a 16-year career in senior level Human Resource Management positions with Merck Pharmaceutical, Picker International and Cole National Corporation. Mr. Tuttle is the main catalyst behind the development of new products that anticipate changing trends in recruitment and serve to keep the staffing business on the leading edge in the industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Muskingum College and a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University.
