President & CEO of Fifth Third Bank, Northeastern Ohio since January 2005.
Served as President & CEO of Fifth Third Bank, N.A. (Tennessee) since July 2002. While in that role completed Fifth Third's acquisition of Franklin Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Franklin National Bank. Served in an executive training capacity with Fifth Third Bank Cincinnati during 2001 after being recruited from Key.


Served as President of Key Bank Columbus from 1997 through 2001.

Served as Executive Vice President Corporate Banking for Key Bank Rocky Mountain Region, based in Denver from 1995 through 1997 (Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming).

Served as SVP Key Bank (Society Bank) Dayton 1993 through 1995.

Served in various Corporate Banking assignments in Dayton, Canton and Columbus markets from 1984 through 1993.


Personal
Todd currently serves on the following boards United Way of Greater Cleveland, Greater Cleveland Council Boy Scouts of America, Business Volunteers Unlimited, City Year, Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC), Chair of American Heart Walk and Associate Member - Presidents Council. Vice Chair '06 of American Heart Walk and Chair '07 of American Heart Walk. Member of the 2006 Leadership Cleveland Class; Fundraising Committee for Hope Lodge Cancer Center; Fundraising Committee for Jumpstart; Honorary Chair of '06 Bellflower Ball; and Aurora Turf Committee.


Family
Married to Paula for 17 years and have three children ages 14, 11 and 9.
