The collars help support a sustainable income project for women whose husbands have left them with no means of support other than to return in disgrace to their families.  Collar is royal bluee and white, and your doggie will wear it proudly.  Collar will fit necks 15" to 18", bracelet is 7" and closes with a snap.  Puppy models do not go with collar set!
