But bear artist, Iris Wolfe who designed and hand-crafted Lucy, says she's ready to settle down here where people and the weather are kind, and where she can find a loving "forever family," as we say in the rescue business. Taking only 18 vertical inches standing, or 14" when sitting, Lucy promises to leave her LSD in NYC if you'll adopt her.
