This cocky fellow is looking for a yard, or at least a planter, he can call his own.  Although cut and welded from steel, he is flexible enough for his "tail feathers" to bow to the winds.  Standing 18" tall and 24" from the tip of his beak to the tip of his tail (feathers), he'll add joyful interest to your garden.
