Antique Theater Seats - 2 Rows of Four

Item Number: 447
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Who likes to play "Theater?" Up for bid are 2 (TWO) rows of 4 seats (each 84" in length) that came out of a theater many years ago. The cast steel bases and ends have been cosmetically restored, and the wooden seats have been refinished, and reveal rich grain and color. Two seats in one row have a minor loss of veneer with no splinters or sharp edges. One seat in the other row is missing a 2" wide strip of outer veneer (front to back), again with no splinters or sharp edges. Function is not compromised due to these flaws.
These seats would be great for your kid's play room, fastened down to a covered deck (they are wood, after all), or in your entry hall or mud room (if you have one). Uses are endless. But, because their base is narrow, please fasten them down securely. These are a great find!
Special Instructions
With play, it's possible for them to tip over and injure a child. Please make sure they are either properly supported or bolted to a floor.
Shipping outside of Yavapai County, AZ is extra. You may also bid on this item, and view it in person, at our Wine Tasting/Silent Auction event, "An Elegant Affair," on March 18, 2007.
