We understand this scanner is in good working order, but we have not tested it. It comes with the original power cord and instruction booklets. The driver will have to be downloaded (free) from the Hewlett Packard site. It requires a USB cord (not included) which is inexpensive, and which most computer-users have lying around. It is clean and appears to be in good condition.
