The winning bidder will receive a gift certificate for 10 Yoga Lessons.

Lessons are held on Tuesdays from 5:45 - 7:00 pm at the Greenwich Arts Senior Center (299 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, CT) and are taught by Letty Militana ('74), a Certified Yoga Teacher.

All ages are welcome (4 - 104!). This discipline teaches and increases body image, endurance, flexibility, harmony and self esteem through passive poses, breathing exercises, meditations, affirmations, visual imagery, and more. These lessons will help you create balance in your life, be it emotional, mental, spiritual or physical. Though the market value of these lessons may correspond to a dollar amount, the effects will be priceless.
