The winning bidder will enjoy seven nights in a house in Umbria, Italy. This charming 400-year-old house is in the middle of the medieval village of Lubriano, Italy. It was lovingly restored in 2005. It has a peaceful and private garden for outdoor living. The kitchen has all new appliances and granite counters and an old stone fireplace. This house features three bedrooms and can sleep up to five individuals!!

The setting is idyllic. This is a perfect base from which to tour Umbria and Tuscany and is only 15 minutes from the beautiful hilltop city of Orvieto. The rooms are large and airy and cool in summer (central heating for winter). The house has recently been furnished with elegant furnishings. The village has three restaurants, a supermarket, butchery and bar all close by within a 2 minute walk. The stunning hill top town of Civita di Bagnoregio is across the valley. The Orvieto train station and the A1 autostrada are only 10 minutes away by car, which can be rented near the station.

Arrangements can also be made for cooking lessons with the chef of our favorite nearby country restaurant.
