Mike Williams, President of the Abaris Group, and his staff have worked with more than 260 hospitals helping them to improve their ED's from issues surrounding flow, to reducing delays in the ED, to improving the financial outlook for the ED.

The recipient will be able to choose ONE of the following options:
1) A one-day educational summit presented by Mike and his team on topics that you select in consultation with The Abaris Group from the following subject areas: a) Air Medical, b) Ambulance, c) Ambulatory Care, d) Emergency Department Services, e) EMS Systems Development, f) Financial Analysis and Enhancement Services, g) Managed Care, h) Market Research, i) Trauma Services. --OR--
2. One and a half day site visit from Mike and selected members of his team to provide a brief customized evaluation of your ED. Have unresolved questions about an operational concern? Patient flow? Throughput times? Physical plant? Customer satisfaction? Physician communications? Patient billing? Staffing? Employee morale? Looking to expand a product line? You will strategize with the consultants to plan a focused review of your ED process or workforce issue. The site visit concludes with a written evaluation summary and feedback to your management or administrative team to suggest improvement strategies that could positively impact your bottom line.

NOTE: The sponsor of this package (The Abaris Group) is responsible for faculty, content, printed materials, and presentation. The recipient will be responsible for related meeting planning activities such as room procurement and invitation/registration of participants.
