The State Quarter Program Collector's Set includes 37 state quarter packets, released each year from 1999 -- March 2006. Two of each state's quarters are sealed in a four-color packet containing that state's history, flag, and facts including:

- Population
The individual state packets are then encased in small inner box by their year of release.
