Demi Busky took third place in the drawing category in the Jewish Community Center's Juried Art Show in October 1993 for her "Crooked Lamp in Hotel Room."

She has exhibited her work at the Dane Gallery in Indian Orchard Mills, the Springfield Art League's 2003 Invitational, the Monson Arts Council spring show Town Gallery and at Old First Church in Springfield.

Art critic Gloria Russell's review in The Republican: "Demi Busky, a pastelist of rich imagination and technical prowess, created what seems to be an ordinary interior, its suggestion of sentimentality made suspect by strong light and a nearly lifeless plant."
