Watercolor with double mat and solid cherry frame

A light house surrounded by rocky cliffs.

This little building is accented with red. Perched boldly askew on their tiny plot of land, gulls soar around in the fresh sea-air.

This is a watercolor by Elizabeth Howe Lincoln.

A free lance artist doing landscapes and portraits in oil, watercolor and pastel for many years; favorite subjects being her hometown of Ware, MA., the Quabbin reservation, Wilbraham & Monson Academy; as well as her large family of children and now great grandchildren.

Elizabeth has taught classes in the region for many years and she has had numerous one- and two-person shows in Ware, Belchertown, Athol, and at American International College, Western New England College, Mass Mutual, First Church, Springfield and at the Monson House of Art and the Petersham Craft Center.
