Plaque reads:
New England Patriots quarterback Doug Flutie successfully converted a 'drop kick' extra point during the 4th quarter of a 28-26 loss against the Miami Doplhins on January 1, 2006. It was the NFL's first successful 'drop kick' point since December 21, 1941. In Rule 3, section 8 of the NFL rule book, the drop kick is defined as "a kcik by who drops the ball and kicks it as, or imemdiately after, it touches the ground."
