This is an exciting opportunity to take a day tour of the CARE sanctuary and surrounding scenic Littlerock, CA, topped off with a visit to the spectacular Devil's Punchbowl Nature Center in nearby Pearblossom! Your visit will be made complete with lots of barks, sniffs and kisses from the lovable and grateful dogs and cats who call the sanctuary their "home-sweet-home!" Transportation provided by a CARE Board Member in an unremarkable vehicle (choice is yours - Pickup Truck, Old 4-Door Sedan, Old 2-Door Compact). Lunch at a Not-So-Great Roadside Restaurant complete with lots of Local Flavor! If you love animals, you will be thrilled to meet nearly 200 cats and dogs, some friendly, others somewhat less so, but all of them deserving of loving care! This is an unforgettable tour that will touch your heart and leave you convinced that it is unnecessary to euthanise unwanted animals!
