The key ingredient is fun! Everyone will participate in the creation of the meal, enjoy the fruits of their labors and the best part isÑ no dishes! A skilled, personable chef-instructor and experienced assistants will make certain that your class runs smoothly and effortlessly. Each team will make one or two different recipes, cooking for 60 to 90 minutes, and then everyone will sit down to enjoy a buffet meal of the finished creations. Our staff will serve beverages, including wines, selected to complement the menu. Choose from Italian, French, Asian Fusion, Elegant Cocktail Party or Mystery Grocery Bag themes. The class may be scheduled at Draeger's Menlo Park or San Mateo for lunch or dinner. The event cannot be booked from November 15 to December 31, 2007.
