Beautiful, matted serigraph (silkscreen print) by American artist Ronald Julius Christensen (b. 1923). You can learn about the artist here. The outside measurements of the matte are 16 1/8" (h) by 20" (w), the work is printed on 8 1/8 x 9 1/2" paper, and the opening in the matte measures 10 3/4 x 13 1/4.

The matting appears to be archival, i.e. the print is attached to the back by clear photo corners. The matte is hinged, and the print is protected by clear acetate on the front cover of the matte.
