Susan Westmoreland, Good Housekeeping's Food Editor, will lead you and your friends in the 2 and ½-hour class of your choice. The class will be held at lunchtime, in the famous test kitchens of the Good Housekeeping Institute located in the gorgeous new Hearst Tower on 57th Street and Eighth Avenue.

In addition, each participant will receive a cookbook so they can use their newly learned skills at home!
