A pair of "Sweetheart Wills", typically between spouses, leaving their estates reciprocally to each other, with provisions for alternate beneficiaries, etc., and most importantly, guardians for your child(ren). Also included are Living Wills and Health Care proxies, which are an increasing concern, where medical science can prolong life but not cure a fatal and life-devaluing medical condition.
