Bathrooms: Main House has a full bath with separate shower on second floor, washroom on first. Guest house has bathroom with shower stall upstairs and washroom on first. Two complete kitchens in each house. The guest house has its own small lounge area. Amenities include: outdoor toddler swing set with slide and various toys for tots and older; two grills; two porches where you can swing on gliders, relax in wicker arm chairs and dine. The upstairs lounge and playroom in the Main House offers a library with books for all ages, a kids¹ play area, and, if all else fails, a TV with DVD and VCR. The winner will get three days, two nights as well as assorted gift certificates for local artisans, restaurants, etc. Catering available. Available from January 15 until the end of May 2007, excluding three day weekends. Please reserve your visit by the end of December 2006. No smoking anywhere on property, please. Value: Priceless One comment from many pleased past auction winners and visitor: ³We loved our weekend at Innisfree. Your house is an architectural and historic treasure, filled with beauty and comfort. There are so many marvelous design elements -- the beautiful tiling in the bath, the light pouring through all those wonderful windows, the ironing closet, the dumbwaiter (our kids' favorite!). I could go on and on... The setting is also magical -- with that glorious hill behind you and the river valley below. There were many more local activities than we could squeeze in, especially since it was so pleasant just sitting on the porch doing nothing. The kids, grandparents, and we all had a marvelous time. Thank you for welcoming us into your extraordinary home!² -- Ellen Schorr, New York, New York Columbia Greenhouse
