Come celebrate breakfast at the Captain Fairfield Inn. Breakfast begins with our special blend of Downeast Coffee, specialty organic teas, and our signature fresh orange juice blend. This will soon be followed with a seasonal fruit course, typically fresh berries, melon and kiwi or a cranberry apple poached pear. Next, fresh from the oven, come blueberry muffins, cranberry orange scones, butterscotch coffee cake or maybe 72 layer cream cheese biscuits. Finally you will be offered a choice of two prepared to order entrées, such as Wild Maine Blueberry Crepes, Fresh Salsa and Vermont Cheddar Omelet, Apple Cinnamon Stuffed Pancakes, or Eggs Benedict.
