The equipment includes a full circuit of Body Masters, Free Motion, and Icarian resistance equipment. The professional treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, and stationary bikes are all manufactured by Life Fitness. The gym also includes familiar fitness equipment including free weights, pulleys, tubing, medicine and stability balls, and core and balance boards.
