Our package includes a three month membership to the gym, three sessions in our SUNLIGHT SAUNA and a one hour REIKI session.

The gym membership is a personalized program tailored just for you. Contours Express is designed especially for women. Our unique program is centered on a 29-minute workout both FUNctional cardio and strength training.

Our women's weight bearing workout is geared toward inch reduction, weight loss, toning, strengthening and improving overall health and well being. Our equipment develops lean muscle, increases metabolism, and improves bone density.

We also offer Buns & Tums workouts, customized workout cards, monthly progress reports and ongoing daily support to motivate you to improve yourself. Also included in this package are three sessions in our Sunlight Sauna which is a dry Far infared sauna rendering personal health benefits such as detoxification, pain management, weight loss, stress relief, and complete relaxation.

The Reiki session is offered by our Usui Reiki Master, Debbie Henderson. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that may promote healing. Reiki is administered by "lay of hands" and the person remains fully clothed, but comfortable. And no gym combo would be complete without a Contours Express T-Shirt.
