Laura Rodman, owner of Legacy Design Group, is happy to offer this wonderful kitchen mini-remodel. Included in the package is 6 hours of design time to select and specify new stone countertops (granite, marble or soapstone), a new sink, a new faucet and coordinating soap dispenser.
Once selections have been made Laura will provide each of the items, including the countertops, at the wholesale cost! Bray & Scarff in Arlington, VA has agreed to partner with Legacy Design and is offering a $150.00 coupon towards the purchase of a new kitchen range as part of this package.
The base value of this package is $500.00 however the total value could exceed $2,000.00 depending on materials selected and the size of the kitchen!
Special Instructions
Restrictions: Design work and installation must be completed by January 31, 2008. Countertop pricing includes all material, fabrication and installation of new counters. Offer does not include removal of old counters, plumbing items or range or new hookups. Estimates for labor will be provided at the winning bidder's request or bidder may use their own contractor. Additional design time is available at the rate of $60.00 per hour.
