Inspire your young authors with a behind-the-scenes look at the book-making process.  Bob Barner, a popular children's author and illustrator, famous for Dem Bones, Dinosaur Bones, Bugs!Bugs!Bugs!, and Which Way to the Revolution!, among others, will host a tour of his San Francisco studio for four children and their parents.  See how Mr. Barner, a graphic artist by training, creates his artwork and illustrations.  Go between the pages and into the mind of Mr. Barner as he shares how he dreams up his book themes and unique artwork.  In addition, the children will be treated to a brief art lesson and each will receive a signed copy of one of his books.  This promises to be a rich and lively literary excursion for all.
